Neuton Cursive Fuente

Neuton Cursive by Brian M Zick is a free calligraphic script with sweeping italic forms and pronounced thick-to-thin strokes. Its tall capitals feel formal and theatrical, with sharp entry points and broad curves that give the lettering brisk forward motion.

Book covers are its clearest setting, especially for historical fiction, literary drama, or romantic titles. It also suits invitations, fashion branding, and classical music posters. The recurring tapered strokes and sweeping capitals connect these applications to traditional engraved title lettering and formal penmanship.

Neuton has a large height, short extenders, and a compact width.

The family is under continuing development and will include regular, italic, and cursive styles, each in five weights ranging from Extralight to Extrabold, with small caps and extended-width versions. The two italic styles are named “Italic” and “Cursive.”
