Jomolhari by Christopher Fynn is a free high-contrast serif font with stately proportions and a crisp, traditional finish. Its broad capitals, fine hairlines, and gently bracketed serifs give the lettering a formal bookish air, yet its generous round forms and sweeping curves keep the design from looking severe.
A literary book cover is the clearest home for these elegant shapes, with related uses in exhibition catalogs, museum programs, formal invitations, and cultural institution branding where a measured, classical voice suits the subject. Literary publishing remains its most convincing and natural setting.
Jomolhari is the name of a beautiful Himalayan peak on the border of Bhutan & Tibet.
